The effect of an educational curriculum based on the cooperative and mastery method in teaching artistic performance and improving students’ achievement in the triple jump event

This research investigates the effectiveness of a cooperative and mastery-based educational curriculum in enhancing students’ performance and achievement in the triple jump

A study comparing some biomechanical variables and achievement between the Iraqi and world champion in the pole vault event.

Kinematic analysis has significantly advanced in recent times due to several factors, foremost among them being the development of modern technological tools, which have greatly contributed to accurately identifying athletes’ movement variables. The pole vault is one of the track and field events that heavily relies on both technical performance and physical capabilities.

Evaluation of lipid peroxidation [TBARS] and antioxidant status for monitoring oxidative stress in students of Physical education and sport science.

The main purpose of this study was to demonstrate the impact of different exercises on the oxidative stress in students of first class physical education and sport sciences in Kufa university/ Iraq. Plasma enzymetic [super oxidedismutase (SOD),catalase ( CAT), glutathione reductase (GSH) and glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activities ], non enzymetic [ total antioxidant capacity (TAC), uric acid (UA) and some serum trace elements(Cu, Zn, Se)] as antioxidant ,and a marker of lipid peroxid

The effect of special exercises using an aid to develop the technical performance of the hopscotch and step phases effectively in the triple jump.

This study explores the impact of special exercises using an assistive tool to enhance the hop and step phases in the triple jump. Conducted on students from the College of Physical Education at the University of Kufa, the research aims to improve technical performance through targeted training methods. Results indicate that the assistive tool effectively developed knee-lift mechanics and overall execution in the triple jump event.

Studying the difference between fixed and moving jumping distances for the effectiveness of the high jump.

This study aims to develop a predictive equation to identify the distance difference between standing and running high jump performance. It highlights the importance of this relationship in enhancing coaching strategies and athlete assessment. The research is based on analysing technical aspects of high jump mechanics to assist in performance forecasting.

Special exercises using non-specific places to rise and their impact on improving achievement and some biomechanical variables in the effectiveness of the long jump for students.

This study investigates the effect of special exercises using variable take-off positions on enhancing long jump performance and improving key biokinematic variables. The research highlights the importance of mastering technical phases through repetition, correction, and feedback. It also emphasises the role of motion analysis and critical point identification in refining athletic performance.

An analytical study of some biomechanical variables on the short, medium and long-distance treadmill for Iraqi heroes.

The study focuses on kinetic analysis, using biomechanics principles to understand movement patterns. The analysis aims to track and assess the athlete’s mechanical behaviors during jogging, identifying key mechanical variables that influence performance.

Effect of Corrective Exercises According to the Biomechanical Indicators of the Footprint of the Paraplegic.

This study examines the impact of corrective exercises based on biomechanical indicators derived from foot scans in paraplegic patients. Using a foot scanner to analyze walking movements, the research tracks pressure, deviation, and foot contact time to identify errors and design appropriate exercises for improving movement performance.

The Effect of Critical Speed Training on the Speed of Parts of the Race, Speed Endurance, and Achievement of the 800m Swim

This study investigates the impact of critical speed training on the speed of race segments, speed endurance, and overall performance in 800m swimmers. The research employed an experimental method with a one-group design to assess the effect of critical speed exercises on performance outcomes, focusing on the speed endurance and achievement of the swimmers.

Therapeutic Exercises for Spine Aberrations, According to the Kinematic Analysis, in Improving the Motor Capabilities of Children (6-9 Years).

This study explores the impact of therapeutic exercises on improving motor capabilities in children (6-9 years) with spine deviations. By using various assistive tools like rubber ropes, medical balls, and sticks, the research aims to treat spinal aberrations and promote physical activity, helping children return to active life as quickly as possible.

The Power of Exercise to Reduce the Risk Factors of Cardiovascular Disease in obese men patients.

This study evaluates cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors in obese men and compares the effects of an 8-week high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program with moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT). Results indicate that both training types help reduce CVD risk, with HIIT showing superior improvements in cardiovascular health markers.
